As a Certified Qigong Instructor, Elisa offers both private and group Qigong instruction. Qigong is a safe and effective healing system that can be easily integrated into your day to promote healing and maintain your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.

What is Qigong?

Also referred to as as Chi Gong or Chi Kung, Qigong (pronounced chee-gong), teaches students easy-to-learn, gentle body movements and breathing used to release blocked life energy (qi) in the body to restore mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health.

Qigong is a system of self-healing developed over 5,000 years ago in China. It focuses on cultivating and immersing oneself in a peaceful emotional state to encourage the flow of the body’s restorative energy. Today, in its contemporary form, it is a tool still used to allow a dynamic, self-healing process as unique as the individual using it.
