What is self-healing?
Self-healing is a process in which we connect with ourselves on a deep, intuitive level. There are several Eastern and Western practices, such as Qigong, which people have used to tap into the healing energy that flows through our bodies. The self-healing process brings harmony between our minds and bodies, and encourages a healthy relationship that benefits us on a mental, physical, emotional and spiritual level.

A Reflection on Self-Healing
Self-healing is about turning our gaze inward, bringing our attention or awareness away from our regular thinking duties and toward our body deep inside. Our body is full of infinite wisdom; it has the answers we seek.
Healing is really a simple process in that it doesn’t require a lot of complicated steps. It is easy? Not necessarily. It requires discipline: a sense of relaxed focus that lasts – a process that is different for every one of us. It requires patience… self-acceptance. There is no room for judgment here. This is a place void of conditions and expectations. We are not required to be something or somebody… just to be.
