What is body-centred healing?

Body-centred healing is a process in which we connect with ourselves on a deep, intuitive level. There are several Eastern and Western practices, such as Qigong and Somatic Experiencing, which people have used to tap into the healing energy that flows through our bodies. Body-centred healing brings connection between our minds and bodies, encouraging a healthy relationship that benefits us on a mental, physical, emotional and spiritual level.
