Let’s take time to pause, connect to our wise body and restore whole-body health through the healing practice of Qigong (chee-gong). Somatic Qigong brings together the body wisdom of somatics with gentle, easy-to-learn body movements and breathing of Qigong that still your mind, move your emotions and restore the flow of life-energy or “Qi” to your body.

Recording Available for 3 days
After our class at 7:45am PST, a recording will be sent each Wednesday and be available for 3 days to view and enjoy the practice.
Privacy during Recordings: Recordings will ONLY show me teaching the class and ONLY my voice will be heard. Any questions after the practice/class will not be part of the recording.
Venue: Online Zoom Class
Classes are delivered live, online through Zoom. Once registered, you will be sent simple instructions to connect to Zoom and join the class.
