During winter, the Water element offers us time to rest and find what we need to build resilience in our body physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. In our practice, we will explore what is means to rest and how building our relationship with fear can foster resilience in our body.

You are invited to join our Cup of Qigong Winter Session each Wednesday:
We will take time to pause, connect to our wise body and restore whole-body health through the healing practice of Qigong (chee-gong). Somatic Qigong brings together the body wisdom of somatics with gentle, easy-to-learn body movements and breathing of Qigong that still your mind, move your emotions and restore the flow of life-energy or “Qi” to your body.
You will have the opportunity to connect to your body and individually explore what brings disharmony or dis-ease into your day and what creates balance, healing and well-being.

Recording Available for 3 days
After our class at 10:45am PST, a recording will be sent each Wednesday and be available for 3 days to view and enjoy the practice.
Privacy during Recordings: Recordings will ONLY show me teaching the class and ONLY my voice will be heard. Any questions after the practice/class will not be part of the recording.
