Finding Strength and Hope during Times of Adversity…
You are invited to join our Morning Cup of Qigong winter session each Wednesday for a warm and compassionate Somatic Qigong circle.
During times of challenge and adversity, the Water element of winter supports us with the spirit of strength, perseverance and hope. We will explore these qualities within ourselves and how our relationship with fear can move us both closer and farther away from feeling at ease in our body.
Explore What your Body Needs… with Mindfulness, Meditation & Movement
We will take time to pause, connect to our wise body and restore whole-body health through the healing practice of Qigong (chee-gong). Somatic Qigong brings together the body wisdom of somatics with gentle, easy-to-learn body movements and breathing of Qigong that still your mind, move your emotions and restore the flow of life-energy or “Qi” to your body.
You will have the opportunity to connect to your body and individually explore what brings disharmony or dis-ease into your day and what creates balance, healing and well-being.

Somatic Qigong’s simplicity and Elisa’s warm, welcoming approach makes this a class for everyone to experience. Prior experience is not needed. Just your Presence!
